OUR MISSION
BoneHQ is a student-led nonprofit dedicated to improving bone health education for children, adolescents, and young adults. Our mission is to make musculoskeletal health understandable, engaging, and relevant long before injury or disease occurs.
By translating medical knowledge into age-appropriate, easy-to-understand resources, we empower students and families to build strong, healthy bones through informed choices about nutrition, movement, and injury prevention.
Our content is created by medical and health-science students with guidance from academic and clinical mentors, ensuring it is both accurate and approachable. Through interactive learning tools, blogs, parent resources, and community outreach, BoneHQ bridges the gap between the clinic and the classroom. We believe early education is one of the most powerful tools in preventing future bone disease and injury. We believe we can empower informed students to become healthier patients, advocates, and leaders for lifelong skeletal health.
